Generally, floating flooring is interlocked together in a tongue-and-groove method. For best results, your wood plank flooring should be glued or nailed to the subfloor by our expert installers. This will result in less movement and floor noise from the planks.
Do I need engineered hardwood in Houston & Katy?

It is best to use engineered hardwood flooring. Engineered hardwood, because it is made from layering several types of hardwood, does not warp or buckle like traditional hardwood does. Because the flooring is engineered, it is available in nearly any wood finish you prefer or you can decide to have unfinished hardwood flooring installed.
