Customer Responsibility Contract

ALL FLOORING

Our main goal is to deliver exceptional customer service.  The following are responsibilities of the homeowner:

 

*If new quarter round/threshold is wanted it will be an additional charge.

 

*Existing quarter round upon removal is not able to be reinstalled.

 

*Katy Tile and Marble does not remove baseboard unless instructed by customer and are not able to be reinstalled.

 

*Customer is to remove all items in and on top of furniture and unplug all electronic devices.  Katy Tile and Marble will move all necessary furniture.

 

*Katy Tile & Marble will hang plastic in the work area and put protection on the floors.   Due to the area being under construction customers are strongly advised to cover all furniture in the adjacent areas to protect from dust.  There will be dust that continues to settle after completion of job and customer is advised to change A/C filter immediately following project.
