CUSTOMER WARRANTY & POLICIES

Our Warranty: With over 30 years in business and a team that takes pride in every detail. Our work is backed by a one-year labor warranty. Covering cracked grout, loose tiles, leaks in plumbing connections, and other workmanship-related defects.


Outside Vendor Materials: Our one-year labor warranty applies exclusively to projects in which all materials (tile, wood, flooring, countertops, etc.) are purchased through our approved vendors. This ensures we can guarantee the quality, suitability, and performance of the materials installed. If a customer chooses to supply materials from outside vendors, the labor warranty will be void, and our company will not be responsible for defects, failures, or issues related to those materials.


Price Match Policy: We will match any written competitor quote that offers the same scope of work and warranty. The only requirement is to submit the competitor’s quote.


Fixture & Material Exclusions Policy: Our proposal includes labor and materials, but excludes shower glass, fixtures such as sinks, faucets, shower heads, and customer-supplied hardware. While these items are not provided, the labor to install them is included in our quote.


Payment: We require 50% deposit 14 days prior to the installation date to order materials, the remaining upon job completion. Checks or Debit card as preferred methods of payment. A 2.7% fee applies for credit cards. Checks can be mailed to the address on our letterhead. CC payments can be made via our website.
